Description

Lacticaseibacillus rhamnosus CNCM I-5504, Lactiplantibacillus plantarum CNCM I-5483, Ligilactobacillus salivarius CNCM I-4866. These are the 3 strains of lactic bacteria isolated and selected by the SORBIAL laboratory that you will find in our food supplement, Complexe 3-biotiques®. Registered in France with the Institut Pasteur at the Collection Nationale de Cultures de Microorganismes (CNCM), we have identified a number of scientifically remarkable probiotic characteristics in these strains. In partnership with research teams at the Micalis Institute and INRAe, studies have been carried out on their anti-pathogenic and anti-inflammatory potential, among other things. The unique qualities of these interesting strains, combined with our FLORYTEC® cultivation process, will help you restore the harmony of your symbiotic orchestra.

The micro-organisms that make up our intestinal microflora play an essential role in the digestion process. Most of the microscopic creatures that make up our intestinal microbiota have a veritable arsenal of enzymes. They have the ability to modify the structure of our food to meet their own energy needs. Thanks to their action, our digestion is facilitated, thus preventing most functional intestinal disorders. These micro-organisms include bacteria, the essential constituents of our microbiota, which do more than simply enhance our meals. In fact, they synthesise numerous substances known as metabolites, such as vitamins, bacteriocins and short-chain fatty acids, all of which help to protect and maintain the intestinal barrier. In addition, some bacteria can have an anti-inflammatory effect, helping to relieve stomach aches and other discomforts.
However, not all bacteria have the same effect. There are thought to be around 1,000 different species in our microbiota, and each of these species is divided into several strains. Some of these strains can sometimes have harmful effects when present in excessive numbers, while others have genetic and metabolic characteristics that make them particularly interesting for human health.

These are the famous probiotic bacteria !

An imbalance between these probiotics and the bad bacteria can lead to intestinal dysbiosis, affecting digestive comfort.

In order to facilitate access to strains of interest in the field of probiotics, it is common to use industrial banks of lactic ferments. These strains, initially intended for agri-food companies (cheese factories, dairies, etc.), are multiplied individually using synthetic broths. These manufacturing processes were not originally designed for the development of food supplements. Aware of this reality, the SORBIAL laboratory has developed its own process dedicated to the optimal manufacture of nutribiotics, becoming completely independent of the ferments market. In the products in the LYOPROFORM® range, the 3 probiotic strains in our food supplements are grown together in a natural environment (milk of French origin) and without preservatives. Our FLORYTEC® co-culture process means that the bacteria developed in synergy are more adaptable than those grown on their own, optimising their dosage and effectiveness when they join your microbiota.
In this way, the 3-biotics complex is a dietary supplement containing both the strains of interest and the metabolites they produce, in the right dosage, giving you all the benefits of micro-organisms.
